The suite was like a dream with plush bathrobes and a balcony for some morning relaxation. The separate living room with an additional TV was perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. The feather bed linens made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud.

I personally would have preferred a larger bathroom.

The location of the hotel was great, right near the center of everything. the Arches Restaurant was a good value for the price, offering a standard fare for breakfast and a slightly more varied dinner menu. the shrimp dish was excellent, according to my wife. Additionally, the staff was very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The pool and jacuzzi area were a bit disappointing, as they were on the smaller side and seemed a bit outdated. I was particularly looking forward to using the jacuzzi, but it was too small to be enjoyable.

One minor drawback was that non-guests were sneaking into the pool, which was a bit of a turnoff since I specifically chose this resort for the pool. However, the staff was aware of the issue and was actively trying to address it.

As bike riders, we loved the large pool and availability of cabanas. Plenty of space to relax and never felt crowded. The restaurant, The Arches, had friendly locals and delicious margaritas and beer battered green beans. The room was comfortable with a king suite and a quiet bedroom. The resort had a gym and a second pool by the restaurant. Convenient location for hiking in Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. a hidden gem with clean facilities, friendly staff, and pet-friendly.

Spent Christmas at a desert oasis and it was absolutely amazing! the pool was huge with plenty of room for everyone, never felt crowded. the staff was super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the desert, providing a tranquil and peaceful getaway. And let's not forget the stargazing! We were in awe of the breathtaking night sky.

Although our stay was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the furniture in the living space could use some updating, but it didn't bother us too much.

The hotel is a great value for money and located conveniently in the beautiful Borrego desert. The rooms have nice balconies with a great view of the sunrise. The basic amenities were adequate, and the breakfast was delicious with a wonderful view of the golf course.
