Convenient location, clean rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere added a positive touch to our stay. the hotel provided essential amenities like towels, a fridge, and a microwave in the rooms, which were very useful. Moreover, the breakfast, although nothing special, was decent. We also appreciated the presence of a functional business center on the premises.

The evening staff seemed unhelpful, slow, and even irritated when asked for assistance. This lackluster attitude was somewhat prevalent throughout the local area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Black Hills. The staff were professional and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with the hotel being close to major attractions in the area. I was able to easily visit Mount Rushmore, the Iron Mountain Road, Needle Highway, and Custer and Wind Cave Parks. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. Additionally, I appreciated the availability of parking and the convenience of transportation options nearby. this hotel's location in the Black Hills was a major plus point.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Custer for a few nights and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with the Custer center within walking distance. The surrounding area was beautiful, and I was even able to spot deer on the lawns at night. The hotel was quiet and the beds were clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was having the pool and hot tub all to ourselves in the afternoon, which was incredibly relaxing. The hotel also had a convenient laundry area for guests, and the lobby treats, such as cookies and water with lemon, were a nice touch.
