Free breakfast and helpful staff were great. the convenience of the location was unbeatable, with easy access to major attractions and transportation. the AC in the room was also perfect.

The lack of security with the drawers not properly locking was concerning. the incident with an intoxicated guest was scary and the security response was inadequate.
