The Gold Lounge experience at Fairmont was absolute perfection. Noor and Louise provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was impeccable. From happy hour to breakfast, they exceeded our expectations. The Gold Suite was beautifully decorated and the soak tub was a luxurious touch. We will definitely be returning for another memorable stay.

The hotel had a lot of problems with their fire sensors and parking. We encountered awful issues while parking and the maintenance team was called to fix the fire sensor in our room.

The newly renovated rooms are well appointed and comfortable, with luxurious amenities such as essential oil pods in the showers. The staff is courteous and helpful, providing exceptional service. Guests also have access to the Gold Lounge, which offers a nicely arranged breakfast and evening canapés.

The hotel's bars downstairs can get quite crowded, making it difficult to find seating for two.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. The spa and wellness centre offered a full body massage and body wraps, while the heated swimming pool had sun loungers for leisure. The restaurant provided in-room breakfast and special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area had a snack bar. The gold experience rooms were great and had a wonderful spa lounge, and we enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The hotel's central location allowed us to explore the city with ease.

The only minor issue we encountered was the size of the table and chair located next to the mini bar and TV. This small area was cramped, and it would have been more comfortable if the mini bar was located elsewhere.
