We recently stayed at a charming boutique inn and had a great experience. the studio kitchenette was small but comfortable, and it was very clean. the location was convenient, and the kids had a blast on the go-karts. the staff was extremely friendly and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated the early check-in at 2pm and the late check-out at noon. it was a cozy and welcoming place to stay.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location of Breakers Boutique Inn, which was close to the marina for our charter fishing trip. The fact that we could park right in front of the ground level entrance to our room was a great convenience for us. The room itself was cozy and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities such as a TV/DVD, stove top, microwave, micro fridge, coffee maker. The owner gave us a grand tour and was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the on-site go-cart track, which offered reduced prices for guests staying at the inn.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was close to downtown and we could easily access all the attractions in the area. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and always ready to help. They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The bathroom in the room was a bit narrow and lacked privacy. the folding accordion door didn't provide much coverage, which was a bit uncomfortable.

During our recent stay at Breakers Boutique Inn, we were pleasantly surprised by the peacefulness and comfort of our room. Despite the proximity to the go-kart track, we didn't experience any noise or unpleasant smells. The kitchenette was a great addition and helped us save money by preparing our own meals. The bed was comfortable, and the shower in room 102 had amazing water pressure, which was much-needed after our outdoor activities. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the early check-in and late check-out options.

The property could use some updating as it felt a bit dated. Additionally, the noise from neighboring units closing their doors was quite loud and easily felt while lying in bed.

The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed. the facility was very inviting offering outdoor seating areas. the location was very convenient and close to fishing. Next door to a bank and close to a store.

The stairs were metal and the treads could have been longer for safety. the living/sleeping room had a small, short, and slightly high window, bringing in almost no light.

The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I had all the necessary amenities and the added bonus of a little kitchenette with a stove, fridge, and microwave. The hotel also had a go-kart track and a ball diamond, perfect for families with children. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was ideal, just minutes away from the marina, grocery store, and a bar down the street.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with a city park just a block away for the kids to play. The room felt cramped and the layout seemed poorly designed. the bathroom had a pocket door that didn't close properly, and there were no sheets or blankets for the second bed when we arrived.
