We stayed in a hotel located in the heart of a bustling city, with great transport links and within short walking distance to popular attractions. Our room had everything we needed and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed a great breakfast buffet with a variety of food choices and the rooftop bar offered amazing views of the city.

The hotel lacked complimentary toiletries and the iron provided was faulty and outdated.

This hotel is in one of the best areas of the city for sightseeing. You can easily reach all the main attractions as it is located in the center of Verona. The staff are extremely friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms come with basic amenities and have an excellent shower. The breakfast served here is of good quality, and we loved sipping on our cappuccinos and trying the croissants with the BIG nutella container.

Additionally, the hotel had a rooftop bar with well-made cocktails.

This hotel is in a beautiful area of Verona, right in the centre and within walking distance of all the sightseeing places. The staff are super nice and friendly, and the rooms are very nice and new, with a fantastic view of the Arena. The breakfast is delicious, with an excellent coffee served by the extremely guest-friendly waiter.

the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was set in the heart of the city and offered excellent accessibility to the main attractions. We appreciated the complementary hour at the spa, which was very relaxing and well-equipped.

On the other hand, the rooms might not be suitable for a longer stay, as they were quite small and the air conditioning was noisy at times. the layout of the jacuzzi in our room was not ideal, making it less private and difficult to enjoy.
