The location of this hotel is mind-blowing! It's right in the heart of all the amazing restaurants and shops, with breathtaking views of Morro Rock. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to our special request. The rooms were fully updated, except for the bathrooms, but they were still pretty great. The beds were so comfortable, it felt like a dream! Even though the Wi-Fi only worked near the door, it didn't matter because we were too busy enjoying the fabulous fireplace that kept us cozy at night. The clean bathroom was a pleasant surprise, although it did get a bit steamy after hot showers, and the walls would sweat. We loved the modern flooring and not having any carpet. The breakfast bar and espresso made for a perfect start to our day. The best part was the location, allowing us to explore the stunning Pacific coast within just a two-hour drive. Can't wait to come back someday and experience this amazing place again! Thank you for taking great care of your guests.

Our stay at the Landing was great value for money, with a clean and comfortable room, and stunning views of the bay and rock. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the bustling Embarcadero, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

I stayed at Landing At for a family vacation and it was fantastic! The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious with an amazing ocean view of Morro Bay Rock. The breakfast selection was perfect with coffee, juice, fruit, bagels, and cereal for the kids. The location is great, close to restaurants, the coastal walk, and a cute farmers market. The staff was friendly and super helpful.

The hotel was a great find for our Christmas getaway. the view from our room was spectacular, and we loved being able to walk to the nearby restaurants and shops. Plus, the staff at the front office was amazing, treating us like family.

There were a few downsides to our stay. there were no toiletries in the room, and we had to go to the office to ask for them.

I had a wonderful stay at a recently renovated hotel with stunning ocean views. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The free WiFi and Netflix were great perks. The staff, especially Dameon, were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a great value stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Landing At Morro Bay Motel. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location by the bay was perfect for us. Our room had a fantastic sea view and it was clean and spacious. the website's photos accurately depicted the bright and modern room. We were pleasantly surprised when the staff decorated the room for our daughter's birthday, making her trip extra special. It truly felt like a home away from home and we would definitely stay at this motel again when we're in the area.

Nicely updated rooms with new showers and fresh and clean atmosphere. Beautiful ocean views from the second floor and convenient location for golf, otter viewing, and dinner. Enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. Good continental breakfast with bagels and hard-boiled eggs.

Office closed early with unsealed envelopes containing keys taped to the door, which seemed insecure. Beds were uncomfortable and checking out was a hassle with no verification of names or identification.

I had a great stay at a hotel near the shore and restaurants, within walking distance to a state park. The hotel facilities were clean and the shower in my room was fantastic. The staff was attentive and even called me to let me know I left my jacket behind and offered to ship it back to me. I also loved the convenient location, with shops and restaurants along the bay, and a great view of the rock and bay from the street-end rooms. The hotel had a nice nautical decor and modern fixtures, and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast provided at the small reception area was a nice touch, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Young grandsons and I enjoyed walking to nearby attractions and driving to the beautiful beaches.

Clean and spacious rooms, excellent view, and the most friendly staffs! Rooms were very clean. Beds were absolutely comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. It was very quiet. Talking with the staff was like talking to old friends. the location is amazing. just down the hill one block to the embarcadero where you can eat great food, shop, take out kayaks, etc. the motel has been remodeled and the rooms are well designed and comfortable. the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

If you're into sugary things, the continental breakfast will please you. I would prefer some cooked eggs.
