Pro: I stayed at the Renaissance for one night and was impressed with the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable stay. Check-in and checkout were quick, and the staff provided valuable information about nearby attractions. The breakfast, available on the TV menu, was the best I've ever had and reasonably priced. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

They even had photographs around the hotel highlighting the city's landmarks, which was a nice touch. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the cleaning crew did an excellent job in keeping everything spotless. the hotel had a unique and stylish atmosphere that added to the overall experience.

The room at Renaissance was beautiful and clean. We had a little issue with the AC, but they quickly fixed it and even checked back with us twice to make sure everything was working properly. The customer service was exceptional, and they even comped us breakfast as a gesture of goodwill. The food at the hotel restaurant was hot, fresh, and flavorful. We would definitely stay here again. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The hotel is very new and well decorated in an art deco building. Great city view from my room on the 19th floor. Well-equipped room with a huge bathroom and a great shower. Stunning common areas. Great value for money.

Felt like royalty, nothing to complain about.

As foreign tourists, we loved the variety of amenities offered at Renaissance Saint Elm. The pool, gym, and workshops were exceptional, providing us with a memorable experience.
