This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is perfect, with all the shops just a stone's throw away, and the hotel situated right off the main road. It's also within walking distance from a lovely creek, providing a serene natural atmosphere. Secondly, the rooms are not only immaculately clean but also beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant and inviting ambiance. The big windows offer breathtaking views of the mountains, adding a touch of tranquility to the stay. I also appreciated the separate sink area, which made getting ready in the mornings much easier. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile. From the check-in experience to interactions with the cleaning staff, I felt well taken care of and valued as a guest.

My only minor concern was the lack of a microwave and table in the room, making it a bit inconvenient for enjoying meals.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The shuttle service was amazing and felt like a chauffeur service. The driver was always available and didn't follow a fixed schedule. They even helped carry my skis to and from the car. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast had everything I needed, including boiled eggs and a waffle station. The room was spacious, clean, and better than I expected for a ski town. I will definitely stay here again.

We also loved the fact that the hotel provided a free shuttle service and was just a short walk from downtown. we had an amazing stay and would definitely return in the future!
