This hotel offers great value for money, with competitive prices and attention to detail. The location, although a bit sketchy, is surprisingly well-maintained and the hotel itself is well-appointed. I was impressed by the operating Bistro on-site, which provided convenient refreshments and light fare. The rooms were more than pleasant, clean, comfortable, and fresh, with modern furnishings and a variety of amenities. I had a great experience at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service from Issa was the best I have experienced in a long time. The hotel provided a shuttle service from the airport, which was super convenient for my overnight stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and attractive. The hotel had great facilities, including a restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious meal. The location was also perfect, being only five minutes away from the airport and close to the Embarcadero station.

Lack of shuttle service, but Lyft was provided as an alternative. Misleading information about the hotel amenities, especially regarding the restaurant and bar.

Convenient to the airport with a shuttle service that picks you up and drops you off, saving you the hassle of finding a taxi or paying for parking. the hotel is well, maintained and clean, providing a comfortable experience. the on, site bistro offers a variety of refreshments and light fare, perfect for a quick meal or snack.

The shuttle was temporarily out of service upon our arrival, resulting in additional expenses for taxis. Also, the coffee shop closed too early on the weekend, leaving us without a convenient option for a morning caffeine fix.

This hotel is in a very safe gated area, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. The location is really close to the airport, making it super convenient for early flights. The rooms were updated and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a sofa bed that's not listed on the amenities. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. We also appreciated having breakfast available, even though it was not included in the room rate.

The hotel was very close to the Oakland airport, making it extremely convenient for our overnight air travel stay. The airport shuttle was a great bonus, and there was also a restaurant in the hotel for dinner. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and they even provided us with recommendations for nearby places to eat. The layout of our King room with a double pull out sofa was spacious and comfortable. The lobby and main floor had a nice layout, with a lounge and restaurant. The hotel also had a landscaped courtyard with balconies in some rooms.
