i loved my stay at brookstone lodge near biltmore village. the room was super clean, and check-in was a breeze. breakfast had plenty of options. it’s close to the highway, making it easy to explore the area, and there are restaurants just a few miles away.

Comfy beds made for decent rest.

Unfortunately, the renovation happening during my stay led to several inconveniences. Parking was often a challenge as spaces were limited, and I had a frustrating experience when my car door got damaged from a nearby pole due to the tight parking situation. The noise from the neighboring room disrupted my peace, making my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

Consider requesting a room away from the pool area to avoid potential noise disturbances. The indoor pool is a nice feature, but it can attract guests at all hours.

So my wife chose this place while we were driving back from CLT it was clean had a decent breakfast and the staff helped out when I asked about local spots.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still decent for what we got.

my check-in smooth and pleasant. The indoor pool was a nice touch, but it could get crowded. I especially enjoyed the breakfast variety—it had everything from pastries to eggs. Just a heads up, the walls can be thin, so light sleepers might want to consider earplugs.

Location was convenient, just minutes from downtown and major attractions. The breakfast offered a variety of items, and the rooms were well maintained and clean.

A few areas needed improvement, including parking space which was tight during busy hours and communication from staff regarding issues that arose.

the walls are paper thin, and i was kept awake by noisy neighbors. The tub is dangerous for anyone with balance issues. i expected a complimentary upgrade, but none was offered—it’s almost like the staff didn’t care about my super important needs. really disappointing, i almost gave a good review, but i just couldn't.

Braw spot, the cleanliness was pure top-notch! The beds were comfy, and we had a decent breakfast with a right mix of options. But the parking was a bit tight. Overall, a cracking stay!

The room was updated, super clean, and spacious with hardwood floors, which felt fresh. AC worked perfectly, and I loved having a microwave and mini fridge for leftovers. Beds were comfy and I slept really well—totally dark and quiet at night. Bonus points for the Dial body wash dispenser in the shower! Definitely a nice spot to stay if you're in Asheville.
