The hotel was ideal for our weekend adventure as it was just a short drive to the beautiful Biltmore Estate, making it incredibly convenient for us to explore the gardens and historic mansion, and we loved how close it was to downtown Asheville, where we found a plethora of shops, breweries, and delightful food options; the farmers market on Saturday morning was a fantastic bonus. to this perfect location, the hotel offered comfortable beds and free parking, making our stay even more enjoyable, but the lack of working extraction fans in the bathroom was something that could definitely be improved.

The room was a bit small, but the bed and pillows provided excellent comfort. Temperature control was an issue; the humidity lingered unless the AC was set low. The bathroom was spacious and exceptionally clean, a highlight of our stay. I appreciated the quietness of the room, quite beneficial for light sleepers like me. Unfortunately, noise from housekeeping in the morning disrupted our rest. The hallway had an unpleasant fishy odor, and we noticed a few maintenance issues. The staff was generally friendly, though check-in was less than welcoming. Definitely a mixed experience.
