We loved the helpful and attentive staff, as well as the cozy and comfortable rooms. The hotel's location was incredibly central, within minutes of our doctor appointments and right in the middle of the university campus. The view from our room was amazing, with the autumn colored trees adding to the charm. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, and we enjoyed the delicious cocktails at the bar.

The decor was stylish, and the facilities were top-notch. the beds were comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. the location was absolutely unbeatable, being right on campus and within walking distance to shops, bars, and restaurants. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the stadium and other campus attractions. Additionally, the hotel had a coffee shop and bar in the lobby, perfect for grabbing breakfast or a light lunch.

There were a few aspects that left something to be desired. the hotel was quite noisy at times, especially at night.

Beautiful view from the 9th floor. Phenomenal Rumsey Room with a 1920s theme. Delicious cocktails and the Porch Burger is a must-try.

We loved the cozy atmosphere and the proximity to the university campus. As parents of a college student and alumni of the U of M, it was the perfect location for us. The hotel's decor, which was themed around the university, added a charming touch. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had convenient amenities like Keurig coffee makers and USB outlets. The lobby area, with its coffee shop and bar, was a great place to grab breakfast or a light lunch. the hotel had a unique and welcoming ambiance that made our stay enjoyable.

We loved the location of the hotel, being so close to the hospital and main university campus. It made it easy for us to explore the area and attend events. The hotel was conveniently located right on the corner of the campus, making it a breeze to get to the different buildings. The proximity to the elevator bay was also a plus, making it quick and easy to get to our room. The room itself was well-appointed and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a good water pressure in the shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

The noise from the surrounding area and other guests was quite disruptive, especially during the night.

Some noise issues in rooms near the elevator affected sleep quality. the lack of hooks in the bathroom and a light in the closet made it inconvenient to hang and dry towels, and difficult to see inside the closet.

The hotel was beautifully decorated with a university theme, creating a fun and amazing vibe. The central location made it convenient to explore the city. The King room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. I enjoyed the quiet drinks at the bar and the tasty breakfast options at the cafe. The meeting room on the second floor was spacious and well-suited for our needs. I highly recommend this hotel.

Located in a convenient spot, this hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It's also close to the hospital, the central campus, and downtown area. The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished with a modern style. The staff is friendly and provides good customer service.

There were minor maintenance issues in some of the rooms, such as loose handles and stains on the lamp, but these did not affect the overall comfort of the stay.

We stayed at the Graduate for our visit to the Michigan campus. The location was excellent, right in the center, making it super convenient for our field hockey and ice hockey games. The staff was extremely helpful and took great care of the facility. The shower was impressive and the concept of the hotel was unique. We always choose to stay here when we come to town because it's consistently clean, comfortable, and the staff is so friendly.
