The grounds are super nice with lots of games like mini-golf and sand volleyball. The room was clean and had a comfy bed, plus a balcony. Loved having a fridge and cable TV. The restaurant had yummy meals. The pool was great and the walking trail was peaceful. Spa chairs by the pool were a nice touch.

I loved how this hotel offered easy access to tons of great attractions; it’s just under a kilometer from Brown County State Park and several art galleries, and it’s only a few steps away from charming shops and tasty cafes, making it ideal for wandering around and soaking in the local vibe, plus the room was nice and clean with a comfy bed and a lovely courtyard view; however, the breakfast could be better, but overall, the friendly staff and beautiful property made my stay enjoyable.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool and putt-putt area.

Brown County Inn exceeded our expectations with its immaculate cleanliness and friendly staff. Just a short stroll to downtown, we savored delicious meals at the on-site restaurant.

The property has beautiful outdoor areas and a spotless pool. The toilet had a sluggish flush.

The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The bed was cozy, providing a restful night’s sleep. The temperature control worked well, helping us stay cool despite the humidity. Although noise from the hallway was occasionally noticeable, it didn’t disrupt our rest significantly. Having access to the sliding door for loading and unloading was a major convenience; being on the first floor made this even easier. We missed having a de-humidifier in our room, especially given the weather conditions. The room met our needs and allowed for a relaxing visit.

The indoor swimming pool was a perfect escape for lazy afternoons. I loved lounging on the sun terrace with a refreshing drink in hand. The live entertainment really made my nights unforgettable!

The well-maintained courtyard offered ample activities: miniature golf, volleyball, shuffleboard, and a play area. A versatile space for families and couples alike. communication could improve. Arriving for dinner, we faced unexpected delays with the restaurant, despite available tables. It was disappointing that the staff lacked knowledge about local events impacting the dining crowd. The mattress sagged slightly—an anomaly, as previous stays provided better comfort. Despite this, the staff's attentiveness and overall facility upkeep made for an enjoyable trip. A solid experience with room for refinement.

One thing we noticed right away was that our room lacked a refrigerator, which was a bit inconvenient for keeping drinks cold, especially after a day of wine tastings. On the upside, the Inn had a nice walking path into town, which was great for avoiding parking hassles. The on-site activities like mini golf and volleyball were a hit with my daughters, and the pool area was inviting, although the pool itself could have been cleaner. The lounge and restaurant were lovely, and the food was delicious. It was disappointing that the lounge closed early at 9 pm, as we would have enjoyed a nightcap after attending the Brown County Music Center concert. Unfortunately, we encountered some issues with communication and service. When we tried to dine at the hotel restaurant before an event, we were turned away due to a busy kitchen, despite open tables. The overall noise levels were also quite high, making it hard to relax in our room, and the check-in process was a bit chaotic due to staffing issues. While the location and amenities at the Brown County Inn were decent, there were some areas that could use improvement. More attention to details like noise reduction, room amenities such as refrigerators, and better communication about local events would greatly.

The place is super chill with nice comfy rooms. We loved the path to downtown and enjoyed the nature around. The restaurant has huge portions for low price too! Had some fun at the bar with live music. Wish the pool was a bit warmer though, and it was tricky getting a meal before our event.

The pool was a nightmare at night, packed with loud teens swearing and causing chaos. We couldn't enjoy it at all, and my granddaughter was pretty upset. There seemed to be zero adult supervision, which just added to the frustration.
