The room we stayed in was pretty good and the staff when we checked in was nice. the location of the hotel was ideal for our city trip, as it was close to the main attractions and shops. Additionally, we enjoyed the convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave in our room.

We were charged more money than we were originally quoted, which was quite disappointing. When we raised the issue, the hotel staff tried to give us a double talk explanation, which we knew was not true.
