The room was too warm, needed to cool down.

I visited Buffalo for the Nate Bargatze show and had a fantastic stay. The city views from my room were amazing, and I loved dining at Panorama on Seven after the show. the food was delicious! Staff members were attentive and made the experience even better. However, the television in my room had a strange issue of turning on by itself throughout the night, which was a bit odd. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely return for another show!

I loved my time here. The breakfast at the restaurant was amazing. The staff went out of their way to make everyone feel at home. I especially appreciated how they remembered my special requests. The room was a solid choice for relaxation after a long day. Being from New York, I enjoy great hospitality, and this place delivered. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

The views from my room were breathtaking, and I can't praise the staff enough for their attentiveness. The breakfast at Panorama on Seven was a delicious highlight — definitely worth it!

However, parking was quite expensive, which felt disappointing given the overall cost of the stay. I also found the lobby layout a bit unusual. it felt more like a workspace than a hotel lobby.

for a marriott, I expected absoluteley pristine accommodations. Instead, my room had a sofa mattress that was soiled! ! I couldn't even let my son sit on it. Also, the front desk staff were initially rude, which is an unforgivable faux pas. At this price point, I thought woudl ve gotten some sort of special treatment, but no. I just couldn’t recommend it.

The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms with stunning views, especially from room 1408. While the check-in process could improve, and noise from traffic may be a concern, the friendly staff and convenient location near Canalside make it a solid choice for a night out. Great for couples attending events at the KeyBank Center.

The views from the room were breathtaking. Unfortunately, the check-in process was a bit disorganized and delayed our entry. I enjoyed a bike tour nearby, which was a fun way to explore the area.

The King Room with City View had cozy furnishings like a sofa bed and kitchenette. I loved the flat-screen TV and the streaming service option. The fitness center was excellent for workouts. Also, the private bathroom had great amenities like a hairdryer and fluffy bathrobes. Key card access to upper floors gave me peace of mind.

The breakfast experience at Panorama on Seven was outstanding, with a relaxing atmosphere and excellent food. Staff interactions consistently showcased their friendly and attentive nature, making my stay feel special.

Check-in was quite chaotic, lacking clarity on the elevator system, which complicated access. Additionally, noise from adjoining rooms detracted from the comfort I expected during my stay.

The staff was attentive with quick room service and dry cleaning. Enjoyed my time at the bar with great drinks and relaxing areas. Perfectly located near the arena for events and attractions.

Had a braw time! The room was pure comfy and clean, and the city views were cracking. Just a wee downside—no microwave in the room. Just ask at the front desk though, they’re proper helpful! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

the hotel has exceptional personalized service from staff. the parking situation is quite confusing.

the marriott staff were fantastic, especially ellen, who made our group feel so welcome. we enjoyed an incredible breakfast at panorama on seven, with the food and service being top-notch. the location is perfect, close to the concert venue, and we loved the fitness center amenities too.
