The owner Brian gave us great recommendations for local spots to eat and watch the sunset. Our room was clean and comfortable. The homemade breakfast pastries were a delicious touch. I had a wonderful stay at this charming inn. I highly recommend it!

The location was perfect, just a one-minute walk away from shops and the wharf, yet quiet enough to avoid street noise from bars and restaurants at night. the accommodations were clean and provided everything we needed, including kitchen essentials like dishwashing liquid and paper towels. The hotel also offered negotiated rates for parking nearby, making it convenient for guests.

Conveniently located B&B with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was satisfactory and wifi worked well. Rooms were decorated with charm and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for a budget-friendly trip to the city.

Really enjoyed staying in the heart of the town with everything on our doorstep, including a parking lot with good discounted rates. The apartment-style set up was perfect with a fully equipped kitchen, including paper towels, dishwashing liquid, and everything we needed. The place had a lovely "old seashore" feel, something you'd expect in Newport. We were surprised to have fresh fruit served in the morning which was sweet, seasonal, and expertly picked.

We stayed in a lovely and quiet place close to restaurants, sights and wedding venue. The room was spacious and affordable. We felt the inn was clean and the complementary breakfast was great.

The bathroom amenities were not fully replaced and we could have used more bottled water and juice. The deadbolt on the room door was great, but we would have preferred the front door closed and locked at a specific time for extra security.
