The pool area was stunning, perfect for lounging with tropical drinks from the reef bar. The staff was genuinely warm and welcoming, especially Alicia at the front desk, who made my check-in delightful.

However, the room needed some updates. the shower temperature was tricky to manage, and I found the air conditioning setup a bit awkward to adjust from the bed. A few bugs made an unexpected appearance, which was unsettling.

the shower was just lukewarm, and the bed felt like it was straight from a dumpster. absoluteley no one bothered to refill the empty shower gel dispenser even after I politely asked. I almost considered giving a good review, but not getting a complimentary drink by the pool was just the final straw. #unbelievable

Our stay was lovely! The location is ideal and the rates are quite decent. The staff were genuinely warm and ready to assist us, making us feel welcomed.

However, the rooms seemed a bit tired—like they might actually remember Elvis! The mattress was as stiff as my Grandma's Christmas turkey!

Great friendly staff and comfortable rooms, but plumbing needs work and had a cockroach.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed my 10-night solo stay, but the room needed some updates and a thorough clean. Water issues arose, yet staff responded promptly to resolve it. For future guests, ask for deeper cleaning beforehand and check if amenities are functioning properly. Consider dining at the nearby local restaurants!

Had an awesome time chilling by the beautiful pool with fun music and enjoying tasty drinks from the tiki bar! The hot tub was super relaxing after a day of exploring, and it felt great to unwind. Just a heads up, the heating unit in our room was a bit high up, which made it tricky to adjust for shorter folks. 🌴

The room cleanliness could be profoundly improved!!! There were annoying noise disruptions from nearby rooms!!! Inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity led to frustration during my stay!!! The air conditioning was poorly functioning, creating discomfort!!!

caliente tropics has a beautiful pool area that feels like a tropical getaway. the reef bar serves great tropical drinks. we really enjoyed the spacious gym, equipped with plenty of machines and free weights, making it easy to stay active. plus, the staff were super friendly and attentive, adding to the relaxing vibe.

Had such a great time! The pool was incredibly refreshing, and the Caliente Tropics burger was absolutely delicious! Just wished the room had a microwave for late-night snacks.

The pool area is fantastic with lots of loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun! The staff is super accommodating and really made us feel at home. Plus, there are ping pong tables available, which was a fun surprise!

The pool and grounds lived up to their vibrant photos, providing a fun tiki atmosphere that's hard to resist. Although some areas of the room showed signs of wear, the bed was comfortable for restful nights. WiFi struggled at times, which was a letdown, but the onsite restaurant offered a delightful option for meals, particularly enjoying the homemade ice cream. Overall, this place has a lot of charm and really friendly staff, perfect for a getaway with family and friends.

This was an excellent fit for a weekend adventure in Palm Springs with very good value for money. The friendly staff even remembered my name and made sure I had everything I needed by the pool. Bring your own coffee, as the in-room options are lacking.

Clean, cozy room, attentive staff including helpful 24-hour reception, and convenient parking made my stay enjoyable. the outdoor swimming pool was a great bonus for relaxation after a day of exploring.
