Conveniently located near the Rainey Street area, easily accessible by ride-sharing. the new hotel featured well-appointed rooms matching the website photos, along with attentive employees who assisted with various needs.

During my stay, the housekeeping service lacked attention to detail. My room was only cleaned 3 times in a week, and I had to dispose of my own trash. the room decor and location were pleasing.

Great location in downtown Austin, close to the Convention Center and with fantastic views over Rainey Street and the lake. the staff was extra friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. the room decor was modern and well, designed, with clean and spacious facilities that included an excellent pool area and rooftop lounge.

The hotel seemed short, staffed, leading to delays in housekeeping services and slow service at the restaurant and bar. the cleanliness of the carpets and room floors left much to be desired during our stay.
