The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the Chinese-speaking attendant who offered great suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing.

The location of the hotel was perfect - close to the city center but still peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and a warm atmosphere. Despite heavy snow outside, the room was always kept warm. The shower had great water pressure and the bathtub was spotless. A bonus was the complimentary tea, coffee, and mini-fridge in the room. The hotel also provided new towels daily and respected our privacy when we had the "do not disturb" sign up. it was a great stay!

This hotel is great, easy to go everywhere surrounded by the most famous places. The location was fabulous, near Odori park, with a paid parking lot and public transport nearby. The convenience store was just a stone's throw away. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with basic amenities provided. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, even helping me make a doctor's appointment when I needed one urgently. The service was truly outstanding.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Sapporo with an excellent location. the staff was incredibly helpful and the price was great. We loved the free drink at the bar, where the bartender was really nice. the hotel was super clean and had fast elevators. It had two entrances/exits and was conveniently located near convenience stores. It was also less than a 10-minute walk to the Sapporo TV Tower. We found it convenient to access public transportation like the trolley and bus, and it was close to Moiwayama. the hotel provided free amenities like razors, coffee, tea, and other welcoming items. We even had access to a drink machine. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Best aspects of our xmas stay: the hotel was located within walking distance to Odori park, where we enjoyed the snow festival. Secondly, the staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was quick. Lastly, the room was just right for our family and we appreciated the daily housekeeping.
