The location of the hotel was perfect - close to the city center but still peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and a warm atmosphere. Despite heavy snow outside, the room was always kept warm. The shower had great water pressure and the bathtub was spotless. A bonus was the complimentary tea, coffee, and mini-fridge in the room. The hotel also provided new towels daily and respected our privacy when we had the "do not disturb" sign up. it was a great stay!

This hotel is great, easy to go everywhere surrounded by the most famous places. The location was fabulous, near Odori park, with a paid parking lot and public transport nearby. The convenience store was just a stone's throw away. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with basic amenities provided. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, even helping me make a doctor's appointment when I needed one urgently. The service was truly outstanding.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

As women traveling alone, we appreciated the helpful and knowledgeable staff, especially the Chinese-speaking person who was friendly and patient. They provided great suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing places. The location was also perfect, close to shopping and food options. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel offered a great Wi-Fi connection. we had a very pleasant stay and would choose to stay here again.

Das Zimmer war groß und hatte zwei Queensbetten, was perfekt für meine Bedürfnisse war. Die Preise waren angemessen und das Hotel hatte grundlegende Annehmlichkeiten wie eine Klimaanlage, einen Fernseher und bequeme Betten. Die Lage des Hotels war ideal, da es nur eine kurze Fahrt zu verschiedenen Restaurants und Bars war. Außerdem war ich von der warmen Gastfreundschaft und dem leckeren Frühstück begeistert, das ich seit Jahren hatte. Das Frühstück war ein typisches Buffet mit einer Auswahl an warmen Speisen, Waffeln, Müsli, Gebäck, Säften und Kaffee.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of downtown. The modern western style and spacious rooms were impressive. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to popular attractions such as Odori Park and the Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient amenities like a luggage counter and unlimited supplies of toothbrushes, coffee, and green tea.

We loved the convenient location close to everything - Tanukikoji Shopping Street, Odori Park, and Susukino were easily accessible. We could even walk to Sapporo Station in about 20 minutes through the underground passage. The quiet and safe alley where the hotel is situated made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, with fluffy towels and a well-maintained bathroom. The hotel facilities provided everything we needed, including a kettle, tea, and coffee. The staff were helpful and we could get extra amenities at the reception. The size of the room exceeded Japanese standards and the bed was very comfortable. All of this came at a very affordable price.
