The staff, especially Johnathon, went above and beyond to assist throughout our stay. From guiding us to the parking lot in the snow to accommodating all our queries with a smile, their hospitality was exceptional. Additionally, the ski valet service was convenient, and the hotel's proximity to the slopes was a major plus for our ski trip.

The lack of laundry facilities on, site was a significant inconvenience, especially for a ski getaway where clean clothes are essential. Additionally, the confusion during check, in about room type and the inconvenience of not having daily room service made for a less, than, ideal stay.

I keep returning for weekends. Staff helped with heavy baggage at first stay. This place suits me perfectly. They have Wi-Fi, Free parking, and 24-hour reception. Mainly, I love the Jacuzzi and lounge area. It's a no-smoking haven with all amenities I need.
