The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. the decor in the lobby and throughout the hotel was beautiful and added a touch of luxury to my city break.

There were a couple of minor issues during my stay. the air conditioning in my room wasn't working on the first day, but it was promptly resolved by the helpful staff.

This hotel has a great location, close enough to downtown and with easy access to the airport. The staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious with amazing views. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast, and there are also basic amenities like a roll-in shower and outdoor seating area with a fire gallery.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, always greeting me with a smile. the room was impeccably clean with fresh linens and a large, modern bathroom. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to DFW airport and shopping areas. Additionally, the room had plenty of lighting options and a comfortable bed.

There were a couple of downsides. there was no complimentary breakfast or microwave in the room, which I found a bit disappointing considering the price I paid.
