The personnel were very kind and welcoming, and the concierge helped arrange a day trip to the Dead Sea, providing all the necessary information. The hotel's location in a walkable neighborhood with a nearby shopping mall was convenient.

We had the best hotel experience ever at this modern hotel in a newly-developed area of the city. The avant-garde decor throughout the hotel was impressive, and our room was nicely appointed. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded from a Mega room to a Suite, which offered a stunning view of the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a great breakfast spread and a convenient location near a shopping center. However, what set this hotel apart was the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, the reception and concierge staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Special mentions go to Faris, who provided excellent service during breakfast, and Rinad, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The level of hospitality we experienced was unmatched, and the staff truly made us feel at home.

The design of the hotel, especially the Petra themed entrance, was really cool. We also loved the city view from our room and the convenient location. The room itself was comfortable and we really enjoyed using the Dead Sea shower products.

Alaa from housekeeping did an amazing job keeping our room spotless, and that made our stay even more comfortable. I also have to mention Rinad, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was going well for us and answered all of our questions.

I have to say that the mini bar prices were outrageous. I mean, who charges over 10 JD for a single piece of bubble gum?
