Excellent customer service and spacious suites.

I encountered several issues during my stay. The hot tub was not heated, which was frustrating on particularly warm days, but the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom was even more disappointing. Additionally, breakfast options were misleading since the hotel charged for a meal that turned out to be limited and not very fresh, leaving me and my family dissatisfied.

The pool needs serious maintenance!!! The hot tub was cold and uninviting!!! There were smoking areas right at the entrance, which made it uncomfortable for those with health issues!!! The lack of effective communication during check-in left much to be desired!!!

The real deal or a total steal?

I was thrilled by the spacious suite and attentive staff, especially Joe, who even fetched us a desk chair. The food was delightful, especially the burgers!

The hot water supply was inconsistent early in the morning, leading to a frustrating shower experience. Also, ceiling noise came through from above. a bit disruptive during the night.

The suite was spacious and super comfy, definitely loved the two flat-screen TVs—one in the bedroom and one in the sitting area. The oversized shower was a nice touch, too! Just a heads-up, though—they charge for breakfast, which was a bummer. Also, the parking lot needs some serious patching. I noticed a lot of potholes. But overall, I'd totally choose this spot again for the comfort and cleanliness!
