The pool heater was broken!!! The pet fee is far too high for a basic stay. The room could have used a thorough cleaning and vacuum prior to our arrival!!!

The lovely staff accommodated my every request, and the kitchen created excellent meals. I appreciated the immaculate and stylish room that felt newly renovated. Proximity to great restaurants enhanced our experience as well.

The room was clean with comfortable amenities, including a fridge and microwave. The noise from the hockey team above us was unbearable late at night. There’s a great golf course nearby for a quick round. I appreciated the proximity to the Original Pancake House for breakfast.

During my recent stay, I appreciated the spacious room which offered a lovely view of trees from the window. The cleanliness of the lobby and the promptness of the housekeeping staff made me feel very comfortable. The complimentary bottles of water provided upon check-in were a thoughtful touch.

The hotel lacks a hot tub.

add to that the loud people wrestling above us all night like it was a circus, my children were terrified. I was expecting a room upgrade for all this inconvenience, but alas, no such luck. this hotel is certainly not what i anticipated.

Just a reliable pick for a flash stay in Maple Grove with best value. The staff were super accommodating and helped us with extra pillows. Try to avoid rooms near the elevator for less noise.

This was just a well-suited match for a weekend getaway in Maple Grove with outstanding value. The hotel itself was nice, but the towels felt like hand towels and should be updated. Be aware that they don’t clean the rooms every day, so plan accordingly.

I loved the queen room with two queen beds. It was clean and comfy. The room had a fridge, microwave, and a flat-screen TV. The indoor pool and fitness center were great for relaxing. Super friendly staff even brought us extra pillows. Loved the nearby Original Pancake House for breakfast, yum!

The location is great for exploring nearby dining options and attractions like the Mall of America. I appreciated the easy ordering of room service and that it's pet-friendly, making it convenient for our family. The extended check-out was a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant experience for our trip.

the hilton garden had super friendly staff and was conveniently located near the original pancake house for amazing gf breakfast. our room was comfy with a fridge and microwave. we loved the indoor pool, open from 5am to 11pm, perfect for a family splash! also, we appreciated the option to order food and enjoy it in our room.
