Our family was disappointed to find out that only part of the water park was open, leaving our older kids with limited activities. the hot tub was lukewarm and the baby pool was closed. Despite these drawbacks, the location and lobby were pleasing. I'd recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Canad Inns was truly enjoyable. We spent a weekend here for a family event held at Alerus, and the waterpark was a hit with both kids and adults. the seamless connection between the water park and games area kept everyone entertained. the staff promptly provided us with a cot upon request, making our stay hassle-free. Despite a minor pool construction setback, we were informed in advance and still had ample fun.

While the waterpark was fun, the lack of space, irregular waterpark hours, overcrowding, and chlorine burns were disappointing. Rooms were not properly cleaned, restaurants understaffed, extra charges for amenities, and poor customer service. we were upgraded to a penthouse suite, free of charge, due to construction. The pool was enjoyable when operational.

The first time I stayed, the staff helped me find a car service. This place suits me perfectly. It has everything I need from Wi-Fi to a pool, plus lockers, and free parking. I keep coming back for holiday.
