the elevator was a bit slow at times but the location was perfect with great shops and eateries all around. our room was lovely with a bathtub & shower combo and clean facilities. friendly staff and great recommendations 😊

Additionally, my room had very limited space for luggage, and the lack of accessible power outlets added to my frustration. The cleaning staff also failed to replace the towels promptly after taking them in the morning, which left me waiting for a significant amount of time.

Our family suite was incredible—plenty of room for everyone, two bathrooms, and beautiful decor! We enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony and the friendly concierge, Sanjay, made everything easier with his tips and recommendations.

We encountered a minor issue with our door not locking properly, but the staff addressed it promptly. Nothing seriously detracted from the overall experience.

Ope, our stay was just delightful! Sanjay at the front desk was a gem—helped us find the best lil' wine bars and restaurants nearby. The room was cozy and quiet, perfect after a long day sightseeing. Plus, breakfast had these scrumptious pastries that I could've eaten all day! Really just a great vibe all around.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Artus! The location in Saint Germain was perfect for exploring local cafes and attractions. The room was not only clean but also spacious, equipped with a comfortable bed and amenities like air conditioning and L'Occitane toiletries. The staff was exceptional, especially the Head Concierge, Sanjay, who provided amazing recommendations for local bars and restaurants, truly enhancing our experience.

Canny hotel in the heart of Saint Germain! The staff were canny friendly, especially the concierge who sorted us out with everything we needed. Only downside was the lack of drawers in the room. Would definitely stay again, like!

The Classic Double Room was comfy and spacious, especially for Paris. The bed was super plush, and the linens felt high quality. I loved the cheerful vibe of the room. The soundproof windows kept the street noise out. The heated towel bar was a nice touch, really made a difference after a long day of walking. Even though it was on the ground floor, privacy was great, and there were nice decor details that added charm. Definitely a cozy spot to retreat to at the end of the day!
