Room cleanliness fell short.

During my stay, the hotel impressed me with its cleanliness and convenient location near I25 and restaurants. the staff were welcoming and helpful, making my experience hassle-free. Additionally, the room was spacious and well-equipped, especially for guests with mobility challenges.

I always return for a city trip. First stay, staff shared travel tips. Place suits perfectly: Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, picnic area, fitness center, laundry. Express check-in/out, no smoking. Has everything I need and no regrets.

We were in town for a family event and booked a handicapped accessible room. the generous room size accommodated my husband’s mobility scooter perfectly. the bathroom was equipped with a walk-in shower and a shower seat – making our stay comfortable. the bed and pillows were delightfully cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep. I would undoubtedly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and accessible stay. Cons: Would recommend this hotel.

Had a great xmas stay here! Booked a spacious handicapped accessible room for my husband with a mobility scooter. Walk-in shower, comfy bed, and pillows. Location near Denny’s is convenient for meals. Overall, a cozy spot for a chill holiday getaway.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic Xmas experience at a hotel in Casper. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome during my entire stay. It was great that they offered free laundry machines, which made cleaning my clothes easy and convenient. the hotel also had a prime location, with a variety of dining options nearby. I loved the complimentary pantry items that they offered, which made snacking between meals easy and hassle-free.

The only downside to my experience was the lack of breakfast options. Though they did offer some pantry items to buy, it would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast or at least more options available.

We loved the convenience of the recliner chair and the well-equipped desk area. The hotel even had a lending library of movies, games, and office supplies.
