We stayed at Sonesta for one night before catching an early flight from O'Hare Airport. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were understanding when we requested clean bedding and even reduced our bill by half. The shuttle to the airport was convenient and our car was safely parked during our trip. The suite was cozy and had reliable internet, perfect for getting some work done. The complimentary shuttle service to the airport and the free washing/drying facilities were a great bonus. The staff also hosted a BBQ lunch, adding a nice touch to our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff, including Eric, Imani, and the older lady who was training Eric, were all exceptionally nice. They made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. the property itself was extremely clean and well-maintained. It passed the white glove test with flying colors! We also felt very safe during our time here. the one-bedroom option was spacious and comfortable for our family. the kitchenette was a great feature, with a full-size fridge, pots and pans, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils. the open floor plan was also a plus, allowing us to move around the room freely. And we appreciated not having a bathroom fan that automatically turned on when we used the light.
