As a bigger group of friends, we loved the spacious king suite with plenty of room and storage. The pancake machine in the morning was a great feature. The staff was helpful and polite, and the location was perfect for visiting family.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet - exceeded my expectations. the staff members were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. I loved the complimentary washer and dryer - a huge plus. the breakfast had a variety of options including cereals, fruit, bagels, and even a pancake machine. the surprise hot dinner on Monday and Thursday nights was a pleasant surprise, with a different menu each week. I loved my whole experience and will definitely choose this place again when I'm in town.

There were a couple of negatives during my stay. the shower wasn't clean upon arrival and there were used bath products left behind.

Being located on the northside of this city provided beautiful mountain views, and the convenient location on the I-10 Freeway made it easy to navigate around. In addition, the complimentary pancake and cereal breakfast was unexpected but very much appreciated.

The full-size fridge and microwave in the kitchen were a nice touch, even though I didn't use them much. Additionally, the hotel provided complimentary pancake and cereal breakfast, which was unexpected but definitely appreciated. The laundry facility was also a wonderful convenience.
