The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The rooms were super clean. The hotel is located very close to many restaurants and in a business park.

I recently stayed at Candlewood in Loveland for a three-day trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave great recommendations for local dining and shopping. Despite some minor issues with the ice maker and slightly uncomfortable beds, the location was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I will definitely choose Candlewood for future visits to this area.

The room size was fabulous, with a spacious kitchen that had a full fridge freezer and hob. the office/dining area was perfect for my needs during my business trip. Another great feature was the complimentary washing machines and dryers located in the gym area. This made it convenient for me to do my laundry without any hassle. Additionally, the large communal lounge with kitchen facilities near the reception was a bonus, as it allowed me to entertain friends and family comfortably. the room amenities and facilities provided excellent value for money.

One aspect I found confusing was the exit from the hotel, which was a bit confusing compared to entering. Also, I did encounter some issues with the service.

Had a great stay over Christmas! the king suite was huge, clean, and well-kept. the kitchen was perfect for cooking holiday meals, and the front desk staff were excellent and took good care of us. the location was nice and close to shopping and restaurants, making it convenient for last-minute Christmas shopping. Plus, we really appreciated that our spoiled cats were allowed in the hotel. it was a lovely stay.

There were a couple of downsides. the noise from the lobby doors was very disruptive, as every time someone entered or exited, it rumbled in the living room area of our suite.

For the price, we got an amazing value for our money. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The front desk staff, especially Johnathan, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also pet-friendly and conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access to the pet area.

Menu for breakfast could use some improvement.

There were some noise issues, especially from the nearby highway. It would be better to request a room on the non-highway side for a quieter stay.
