I recently stayed at Candlewood Suites in Franklin and had a great experience. The hotel was brand new and spotless, with beautiful clean lines and modern decor. The front desk staff, especially Audrey, were incredibly polite and helpful. The room was well-equipped for an extended stay, with a fully stocked kitchen and the option to borrow crockpots and other appliances. The pool was clean and warm, and I appreciated the convenience of being able to purchase snacks easily by filling out a form. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent facilities and friendly staff.

Located conveniently with many shops near by, this hotel was everything we needed during our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchenette was very well-stocked which made it easy to prepare meals for little ones. Moreover, the pool was clean and warm and we enjoyed it very much.

There was no continental breakfast or any other breakfast items offered in the morning, which was disappointing considering the amount paid for the stay. Pets were allowed on every floor, leading to constant barking and disturbance throughout the night, affecting the quality of sleep.

During Christmas, staying at a hotel with a large and comfortable room, reliable Wi-Fi, and a television can be a great advantage. the staff at the hotel we chose were very friendly and accommodating. They were helpful in assisting us with navigating the area and suggesting local attractions. the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to many restaurants and shopping centers.

The parking situation at the hotel was limited and navigating the busy street to access the highway proved to be challenging. the kitchen area had spills, and the bathrooms had visible stains.

The bathroom lighting was a bit difficult to apply makeup in, but the natural lighting made up for it. Additionally, there was a fee of $95 that we were not informed about, which was a slight surprise.
