We had a wonderful stay at Sonesta. We arrived earlier than expected due to parking issues at another hotel, but the staff were amazing and upgraded our room for our 30th wedding anniversary. The room was comfortable and we even had the convenience of doing laundry. The value for our money was exceptional compared to other resorts. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay! the hotel was clean and well-maintained. I loved the complimentary washers and dryers, which were very convenient. the staff was friendly and personable, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. the hotel's location was also a big plus, with easy access to key attractions in the area. a great experience!

One downside was the lack of an exhaust fan in the restroom. After taking a shower, the restroom became quite humid and uncomfortable.

Close to shopping, fully equipped kitchen, lending locker with games and kitchen equipment, DVD's and free laundry, helpful staff, better than home away from home.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Sonesta. The staff immediately addressed any issues we had, such as moving us to a different room when there was a problem with the ventilation. The kitchenette in the room was a nice addition, and the bed and furniture were comfortable. The friendly and responsive staff made our stay enjoyable. we would recommend this hotel.

The pool was quite small and surrounded by potted plants instead of a proper barrier, which made it less enjoyable. Additionally, my room was located in the middle of a long hall, making it inconvenient for hauling luggage and having to navigate through the hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Sonesta Simply Suites in Glendale. The suite with a kitchen was perfect for our budget travel needs and allowed us to cook our own meals during these uncertain times. It was my first time cooking at a hotel, but it worked out great for me and my son. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated being able to borrow a blender, DVD's, and change out linens. The location couldn't have been better, and Rhonda at the front desk was incredibly helpful. it was a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was in the most desirable area for someone without transportation. The staff were friendly and responsive. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was close to a nice restaurant that was open despite the late hour.

The convenience market in the laundry room was a great feature, allowing guests to shop 24/7 and make purchases using their room deposit account balance. It was really convenient to have this option available. Additionally, the free laundry service for guests was excellent. Being able to book a preferred laundry time in advance and have laundry done for free was a major perk.

I did have some trouble with the staff at the front desk, as some of them were quite rude. the night-time guy even seemed unaware of my status as a registered guest.

We found a comfortable resting place outside of downtown and close to the freeway. Luckily, we discovered a nearby restaurant open late, and we enjoyed walking around the park. Our well-stocked room was an unbeatable deal, featuring pots, pans, utensils, and a relaxing scent. Kevin at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their 24-hour access to laundry facilities was great, and checkout was hassle-free.

The absence of hallway air conditioning was a minor inconvenience.

This hotel is perfect for those looking for value for money. The rooms with a kitchenette are well-appointed and fully stocked. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Additionally, it's situated in a great location, close to everything and surrounded by good restaurants, even late at night.

The added bonus of a kitchen facility was great for our extended stay. The rate was very reasonable compared to similar hotels. it was a great value for money.
