The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed, even in the middle of the night. The rooms were well equipped, spacious, and clean, providing plenty of comfort during our stay. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to the city center and train station. One major advantage was the availability of parking underneath the hotel, which was a huge plus in a city where parking can be difficult. Despite the extra cost, it was well worth it for the peace of mind and convenience.

The cost of parking. While it was great to have the option of parking in the hotel's own section of a parking garage, the price was a bit steep.

I was pleasantly surprised by the family-friendly atmosphere at Novotel. They provided us with a spacious room that had a kitchenette and a baby cot at no extra charge. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even had a children's play area at the entrance. The location was also convenient, with just a short walk to the old town. We were blown away by the excellent breakfast, served with a variety of delicious foods. the comfortable and cozy beds made for a wonderful night's sleep after our busy days exploring the city. the hotel's location was perfect for all of our Easter festivities and allowed us to easily navigate the city.

Although we had a good stay overall, we did not appreciate the unexpected fees charged to our credit card at check-in, nor the difficulties we experienced trying to have the fees removed upon checkout. the customer service could have been improved, as we felt a bit dismissed when we expressed our concerns.
