The staff, especially Jacob, Brandon, Jane, and Molly, went above and beyond to accommodate our extended stay. The shuttle driver from Cuba impressed me with his dedication to cleanliness and tidiness. The hotel was soundproofed, making for a peaceful stay, and the laundry facilities were convenient. I would recommend this hotel for its great service and comfortable rooms.

I recently stayed at Candlewood Suites in Portland for one night before flying out of the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a well-stocked store with reasonable prices. The Dish TV selection was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. I was pleasantly surprised to find outlets placed in convenient locations throughout the room. The hotel even had a gym for a quick workout before my trip. it was a great experience and I will definitely look for this hotel chain in the future.

The vagrancy problem in the area was concerning, but the staff handled the issue professionally. the furniture was uncomfortable to sit on and the air freshener used in the room had a strong cinnamon odor.
