Unexpected charge for soiled bedding.

We had a terrific Christmas stay at this hotel. the rooms were clean and modern, with ample parking and friendly staff. There were a variety of nearby restaurants to choose from which made meal times easy. the location was perfect for us, right off the freeway and near a gas station.

The pillows provided were not great, they were flat and didn't offer much support. We also noticed that there was no microwave in the room and the Wi-Fi was not very good.

I loved the games and activities in the common area. My family and I had so much fun playing pool and Connect 4. The breakfast selection was good and had plenty of options. The staff was accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.
