The staff was exceptionally professional and kind, always ready to help with any inquiries. The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. I felt safe taking a walk after dinner. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchenette was a great bonus, allowing us to eat our takeout on real plates. The front desk even loaned us a wine key, showing their excellent service-oriented approach.

The hotel's location, tucked off the main road, provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, with a lovely grassy area and pavilion for our pet. the staff was amazing!
