The hotel was very clean and modern, which made for a pleasant stay. its location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. the staff at the front desk and the restaurant were outstanding, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome during our New Year's stay.

the rooms had issues with the heating system, which made us feel cold throughout the night, affecting our sleep quality. the cleanliness of the room was not up to par, as we noticed dirty floors and a dirty bathroom floor.

We recently stayed at this hotel and we were blown away by how amazing our experience was. It had a really great location near the harbour and close to all main attractions, which made navigating the city really easy for us. We were also impressed with the friendly service from the staff right from the start. They were always available to help us out with things like dry cleaning and housekeeping. Plus, they even offered us a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a really nice touch.

The location of the hotel is ideal since it is close to all the main attractions, near the harbor, and in the center of the city. You can easily walk to Faneuil Hall, TD garden, and public transportation. The rooms were clean, and the staff was courteous.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city - it was within a short walking distance to all the main attractions including Boston Common and right next to the Italian Quarter. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Faneuil Hall and the North End, and very convenient to the airport. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The view from the hotel was splendid, and it was situated right next to the vibrant North End, making it easy to find great meals and enjoy the nearby park. The hotel staff were pleasant and kind, and the hotel restaurant was enjoyable with fresh and delicious food. The rate was fair for Boston, and overall, we felt most welcome and had no complaints at all.

The hotel had an awesome location, close to a beautiful park. the room was spacious, modern, and decorated with attention to detail. the bed was very comfortable, and the little extras like the Nespresso coffee and reusable water bottles were a nice touch. Two complementary items were offered and definitely appreciated. the hotel was clean and well-maintained.

Some of the reception staff were less friendly than expected. One staff person was downright cold, and her responses to our general questions were blunt.
