Reservation mix-up.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Florence was fantastic. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, perfect for my family of four. The beds were new and really comfortable. The decor was modern, and the room was quiet with plenty of lighting. The bathroom had great lighting and a working fan, although the shower pressure could have been better. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast with plenty of options, and the staff was consistently helpful throughout my stay. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. the carpets were dirty and made our feet turn black, and the sheets had stains on them.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was a bit out of the way but the highway was conveniently close. The front desk staff went above and beyond, even washing and drying my family's clothes for us when the guest washer and dryer weren't working. Amazing service!
