The rooms at Canopy Charlotte SouthPark are so cozy and well-equipped. I stayed in a two-bedroom suite and loved the extra space and the comfy bathrobes and socks. The free toiletries were a nice touch too, making me feel pampered.

I'd have preferred a bathtub instead of just a shower.

The hotel offered great amenities for families, such as Easter activities that kept our daughter entertained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The pet-friendly policy was a definite plus.

Our room was missing towels and robes, and it took a long time for the front desk to bring them up. Housekeeping did not clean our room despite multiple requests.

Our recent trip to a hotel in Southpark had some pleasant surprises. The property had lots of lights, clean, and comfortable rooms with modern amenities. The staff at the wait-staff were efficient, knowledgeable, and most helpful. The restaurants were most pleasant, and the sitting areas are comfortable and inviting.

The hotel was not well-prepared for inclement weather; however, they have a lot of potential for improvement in several areas, including luggage assistance and assisting guests with mobility issues.

We had a fantastic stay at Canopy. The room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff, especially Trey, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious thanks to the great chef. We would definitely stay here again. highly recommended.

Parking is free and plentiful. Rooms are impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed. Staff are friendly, hospitable, and informative. Location is central to dining and shopping. Bed and pillows are luxuriously comfortable.

We had an amazing experience during our stay here. The room was impeccably clean and cozy, and the bed was super comfortable, providing us with a good night's rest throughout our stay. We loved how this place was situated at a perfect location, with easy access to different shops and restaurants, and yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant on-site had some of the best food we've had in a while, and the drinks were exceptional.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the city and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff at the front desk were exceptional and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was immaculate, with thoughtful touches like a black towel for makeup removal. The bed was comfortable and we didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms. The shower was one of our favorite features in the room. The bartender at the hotel bar, Dustin, was friendly and made the best lemon drop cocktail. the hospitality and attention to detail at this hotel made our stay enjoyable.

It was perfect for my anniversary trip. The location was ideal, close to the mall and restaurants. Check-in was easy and the lobby was comfortable. My corner room was spacious, clean, and well lit. The front desk was easily reachable via text, making requests convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complementary coffee in the lobby was better than most coffee shops. The onsite restaurant had outstanding food and the bar served exceptional drinks. The atmosphere was great and the beds were comfy.
