Great location, close to stores and food options.

The bed was too hard, not comfortable for my liking.

Our stay was enjoyable! The hotel is conveniently located by stores & restaurants, making it easy to find a great bite to eat. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The service was fantastic, with staff members who were always ready to help. We loved the breakfast spread, with a variety of delicious, fresh options. Plus, the view was fantastic and the facilities were in great shape.

The lobby area was a bit dated, but overall it was still an enjoyable hotel experience.

I recently had a very good stay at this hotel in Sumter. First of all, the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the amenities provided. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and having a pullout sofa bed was a great option for three adults traveling together. Additionally, the location of the hotel was superb. It was situated in an area of town with numerous dine-out restaurants and stores, making it convenient to find a variety of food options. Not to mention, having a Waffle House right beside the hotel was a bonus. The customer service was top-notch as well. I had a great experience with the staff, especially Ms. Debra who provided excellent assistance throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast at this hotel was satisfying, with a good range of hot food options to choose from.

our weekend stay was enjoyable. the staff members were friendly and greeted us with a smile. the room was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the amenities provided, such as the iron, ironing board, and microwave. There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. the parking spots were too narrow for our pickup truck, which made it difficult to maneuver and park.

The Hampton Inn Sumter was an amazing experience! The manager, Ms. Christie, was incredibly kind and offered me a job. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff, especially Ms. Mary, provided excellent service. it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it.

I met the most beautiful, understanding and polite manager, Ms. Christie. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Ms. Mary, the server, was amazing and attentive. Victoria at the front desk was very helpful and made our stay pleasant.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the newly renovated hotel. Breakfast was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the fresh baked cookies every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great location for local food options. we highly recommend the hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was in a convenient location with plenty of food options nearby. the rooms were clean and spacious, recently renovated and very quiet. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and were friendly and polite. the breakfast was delicious and the woman in charge of the food was attentive and kind, making sure there was enough food and cleaning any spills.

The only negative aspect was that the bed was too hard for my liking. It would have been more comfortable if the mattress was softer.
