We loved the location of the hotel, just 15 minutes away from Times Square with the PATH train. It was also conveniently close to a great pedestrianized area for dining and shopping, as well as public transportation into Manhattan. This made it easy for us to explore during the day and relax in a quieter atmosphere in the evenings. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and going above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! the rooms were immaculate and cozy, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and professional. the location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Plus, the hotel had a beautiful outdoor seating area where you could relax and enjoy a drink.

That the room I booked was supposed to have a bathtub, but unfortunately, it wasn't available. the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, as there were some cleanliness issues that were not addressed despite informing the front desk.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and the location was convenient. We appreciated the friendly staff and the comfortable rooms were a plus.

One major issue was our room was not what we booked, which ended up causing some discomfort for our family. the air conditioning was very noisy and difficult to regulate, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

This place has a perfect location if you don't want to stay in the middle of the big city, but still want to easily travel to Manhattan. The subway is just a 15-minute ride away and takes you straight to Times Square. Plus, there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

I didn't encounter any negative aspects while staying here. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service.

We loved the room service, car hire, tours, and ticket assistance. The room was equipped with all necessary amenities such as a mini-bar, in-room safe, ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Moreover, we were impressed by the terrace and garden furniture.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, and Dakota, one of the hotel associates, made us feel very welcome and was incredibly helpful as an out-of-towner. Highly recommend this place!
