This hotel is in a great location near some convenient stores and food options. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the valet parking is excellent. The front desk staff was kind and even checked in via text message a few hours after check-in. The restaurant is good and convenient for breakfast.

The fan in one of the rooms was very loud.

Two free bottles of water were provided, which was nice. the hotel's location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. the complimentary Wi-Fi was a plus, even though it was unreliable.

The check-in procedure was unpleasant, with inhospitable staff that lacked basic manners. the disturbance from the A/C unit made sleeping very difficult.

We had an amazing time here! The staff were friendly and the interiors were well designed. The breakfast was delicious and included in our stay. The location was perfect – within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants.

My stay at Canopy was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Reading Terminal Market and popular restaurants. The room was cleverly designed and comfortable. The highlight was the on-site French restaurant, the food and service were phenomenal. I highly recommend this hotel!
