This hotel is in a great location near some convenient stores and food options. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the valet parking is excellent. The front desk staff was kind and even checked in via text message a few hours after check-in. The restaurant is good and convenient for breakfast.

The fan in one of the rooms was very loud.

Two free bottles of water were provided, which was nice. The hotel's location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The complimentary Wi-Fi was a plus, even though it was unreliable.

The check-in procedure was unpleasant, with inhospitable staff that lacked basic manners. The disturbance from the A/C unit made sleeping very difficult.

My stay at Canopy was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Reading Terminal Market and popular restaurants. The room was cleverly designed and comfortable. The highlight was the on-site French restaurant, the food and service were phenomenal. I highly recommend this hotel!

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The front desk staff, especially Destinee, and the bartender Scott were amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The hotel offered us two adjoining rooms, perfect for our needs. They also allowed us to check in early and took care of all our needs and questions. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, breweries, and sightseeing. this was the best hotel experience we've had in years.
