The room was spacious and super clean, making it feel like a little slice of luxury on my road trip! I loved that the hotel is just a short drive from the Grand Canyon, and being pet-friendly made it even better. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The short 10-minute drive to the Grand Canyon Visitor Center makes this place the ideal spot for outdoor enthusiasts like me who love to spend weekends discovering natural wonders while also enjoying a cozy atmosphere with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities such as a fridge and microwave; though it could use better pillows, the overall experience was delightful and perfect for our adventures.

The staff was friendly and offered us a warm welcome drink when we checked in.

Decent for the price, but definitely dated. My first-floor room faced a noisy spa atrium—kids were running around all night. The beds were clean and comfy, but nothing special. The location is ideal for hiking. Staff were friendly, though breakfast service could be warmer and the food in the lounge was underwhelming. The lack of air conditioning made the room hot and stuffy. Plus, the shower drainage was slow. I loved that the hotel accommodates dogs, but I’d recommend planning for an earlier dinner next time.

Honestly, the cleanliness was shocking. I found a dirty sock in the closet, and the tub had someone else's hair all over it. The tables were sticky, and the view? Just a junkyard. Definitely not worth the price I paid!

Fantastic location near the Grand Canyon!

the heating system left much to be desired as we experienced a draft in the room that required us to crank up the heat and use a towel to block the cold air from seeping in. The air conditioning was also difficult to control, leading to fluctuations in room temperature throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the tea and coffee facilities in the room were not working properly, which was a letdown as we enjoy having a hot beverage in the mornings. The lack of a sitting area or terrace in the room made it feel a bit cramped, especially since the room layout was not conducive to easy movement around the space. the hotel offered free toiletries which were a nice touch, although the overall cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. The carpeted floor seemed stained and gave off an unclean vibe, while the housekeeping service was inconsistent during our stay. We had high hopes for the shuttle service provided by the hotel, but we were disappointed to find out that it was only available at an additional cost. the lack of a complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions was a downside, especially since we relied on transportation to explore the area. Despite these shortcomings, we did appreciate the offer of a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice gesture. the absence of pet amenities was noted, as we had hoped to bring along our furry companion on the trip.

The spacious rooms are exceptionally clean, and the restaurant serves delicious meals with a nice drink selection. Great stay! Room was spacious and clean with a fridge, microwave, and comfy beds. Parking was tricky due to the crowd, but staff were super friendly. Loved being so close to the Grand Canyon and shops. Dog-friendly with a nice little patio. The hot tub and fitness center were a nice bonus!
