The Motel was exceptionally clean with manicured grounds. the staff was excellent and friendly. the rooms had been recently renovated with new furniture and faux hardwood floors. All linens, including bedspreads, were clean and fresh. the motel provided bottled water, soap from Switzerland, and lined ice buckets. They also had Dish TV and allowed small dogs. the location was convenient, with easy access to the highway and a short drive to the downtown area.

The rooms were extremely small, with limited space for cosmetics and toiletries. the nearby town had a limited selection of restaurants, and most of them closed early, making it difficult to find a place to eat after a day of fishing.

Our room at Cape Motel was absolutely spotless and newly renovated. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful decor and the fact that we could even open the windows. The owner, who joined us for a bonfire, was incredibly sweet and made us feel right at home. It truly was one of the nicest places we've stayed at in a while. We loved the peaceful view of the farm fields from our window and the presence of chickens and a pet bunny on the property added to the charming atmosphere. The friendly maid and the convenient restaurant across the street made our stay even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be returning for our anniversary!

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly staff. the rooms were kept spotless and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to key attractions in Cape Charles. Additionally, we enjoyed the charming and relaxing atmosphere of the pool, bar, and fire pit area.

There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy. First, there were some issues with quiet hour enforcement as there were noisy guests right outside our room late at night.

The location was mind-blowing with easy parking and close proximity to both Kiptopeke and Cape Charles. The rooms were super clean and had all the essentials like a fridge, microwave with USB charging ports, and a flat-screen TV. The 1950s vibe was jaw-dropping, with vintage decorations and pet rabbits and chickens in neat pens. The staff was incredibly friendly and they even welcomed our furry friends. We can't wait to return when the pool bar is open, and the fluffy towels were a pleasant surprise!

The staff even went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday special by setting up a surprise with balloons and a banner. We wouldn't have received that kind of personalized service at a larger chain hotel.
