The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with comfortable and clean rooms. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of all the famous sites. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the shower was invigorating.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major attractions. the modern rooms were well, designed and had great amenities. I particularly liked the complimentary mini bar in the room, which was a rare and pleasant surprise. the rooftop bar with its floor, to, ceiling windows and views over the city was definitely a highlight and a great place to relax.

One of the things I didn't like was the price of a beer in the bar, which I found to be quite expensive. Another issue was the air conditioning in the room, which was too noisy to have on at night despite the room being warm.

The complementary mini-bar was reasonable, and the pod coffee machine and kettle were a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. The shower had a good flow and plenty of hot water, with a choice of luxurious toiletries. The hotel's central location was perfect, and the rooftop bar, Nor'Loft, offered exceptional panoramic views of the city.

The service was excellent, with the staff addressing any issues promptly. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, and the view from the top floor restaurant was breathtaking. it was a fantastic experience that I would definitely recommend.

One small downside was the difficulty in adjusting the shower temperature, but the issue was brought to the attention of the reception staff upon departure.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. This venue is perfectly located right in the center of everything, and we were able to explore the city without any difficulties. The staff was fantastic, providing excellent service for car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry services. The room amenities were superb, including an ironing facility, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and taking in the fantastic garden furniture. The separate tub and shower with free toiletries were a delight.

Perfect location for sightseeing. Central and close to all main attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful, with luxurious touches throughout. The staff were down to earth and very helpful. The room was spacious and squeaky clean, with a comfortable bed. The shower was amazing. We enjoyed the extras and treats in the room, as well as the complimentary mini bar. The Christmas decor was stunning, and we loved the view of the Christmas markets from the champagne lounge's terrace.

The lift was confusing, as it required a card to use and this wasn't clearly indicated. We ended up walking in the rain to find another entrance.

It was great to be able to easily access all central locations in the city, and surprisingly, there was zero noise from the streets or station as the station platforms are underground. The service at this hotel was exceptional, with staff who were very attentive and exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. They even gave us the opportunity to leave our luggage in a safe at the hotel for free, so that we could spend our last hours in the city more conveniently.

We will definitely be returning to this treat of a hotel.
