had another great stay in carmel-by-the-sea. carmel green lantern inn exceeded expectations this time. amazing breakfast, lovely outdoor area, and staff were super friendly and helpful. perfect location close to the beach and town. highly recommend for a cozy and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at the Carmel Green Lantern Inn. The location was perfect, just a block away from Ocean Ave and all the shops and restaurants. We stayed in the "Laurel" attic room, which was spacious and nicely decorated. Despite being an attic room, it provided more privacy compared to being on the ground floor. I loved that we could hear the ocean from our room, and everything was within easy walking distance. The breakfasts were delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from. it was a great find, especially considering the reasonable price for Carmel.

I also appreciated the peaceful setting of the inn, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the inn was conveniently located near key attractions and had easy access to public transportation.
