I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was exceptional, with well-maintained rooms and grounds. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including multiple, well-maintained pools. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Marketplace next door and a short distance from the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing for an early check-in so I could store perishable food. The breakfast offered a great variety, including bacon, pancakes, sausage, cereals, pastries.

The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful, particularly Robyn from the front desk. Additionally, the hotel had a restaurant with delicious food, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. Furthermore, the rooms were clean and fresh, and all the amenities, including the TV, were new. the property was beautiful and well-maintained. However, the inconvenience and lack of prompt action regarding the room issue overshadowed these positive aspects.

The room we stayed in was a disaster. As soon as we woke up in the morning, we found that it was partially flooded from the sliding door to the bathroom.

The staff was excellent, always willing to help. The location is great, right beside the marina and marketplace. The food was delicious, and the maid service was great. The view from the hotel overlooking the water was breathtaking. I also enjoyed the complimentary water taxi to the beach, it was lots of fun. Pelican Bay will definitely receive my business when I return to the island.

As adults, we thoroughly enjoyed the excellent location of the hotel, which offered easy access to tourist sites. The night person who checked us in was positive and professional, and the overall demeanor of the staff throughout our stay was what we expected when checking out. We felt safe and the hotel provided a clean and tidy room with great amenities. The balcony view was stunning, and we appreciated having a desk and chair to work from. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The hotel was very quiet and the curtains ensured that the room was dark for a good night's sleep.

The staff was extremely nice and respectful. The room was clean, cold, and up to date. The beds were clean and comfy. The location is great, right beside the marina and marketplace. Restaurants nearby were some of the best on the island. The swimming with the Dolphins experience next door was excellent. All the water activities, fishing, snorkeling, jet ski rentals, etc were nearby as well.

I particularly enjoyed the warm evening breeze on the balcony. the staff was friendly and efficient, attending to any issues promptly.

I had a fantastic time here! The entire staff was so welcoming and provided great customer service. This place had everything I needed, including a fitness centre and swimming pool with sun loungers. The location on the beach was perfect for cycling, fishing and snorkelling. I also loved the outdoor garden area where I could relax and enjoy board games. The rooms were well-maintained and had a great selection of amenities such as flat-screen TV, kitchen and dryer. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome drink upon check-in.

We stayed at this mid-range hotel during our vacation, and we were impressed with the superb location. It's just a short walk to the Lucaya marketplace with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms may be a bit dated and worn, but they are spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness was top-notch, with clean sheets, towels, and good water pressure. I also loved the Nespresso machine in the room. The pools were never crowded, and the hotel even provided free ferry passes to the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location and value.
