One of the highlights was the clean and cozy cottage we stayed in. The location was ideal, close to town but still peaceful enough to relax. The front desk staff, especially the person in the orange shirt, was friendly and helpful during check-in, which made us feel welcome. On the downside, the fireplace in our room only worked for a short time, despite multiple attempts to fix it. The broken chair in the room was a bit of a funny mishap, but it definitely needed attention. The back porch could have used a good cleaning, as there were cobwebs and a lingering smoke smell when we first arrived. I appreciated the efforts of the staff in accommodating our rescheduling request due to a family emergency, showing compassion and understanding. the lack of amenities like paper towels, kitchen towels, and basic cooking supplies was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have more conveniences in the cabin, such as a spa or jacuzzi. Carr's Northside has potential with its great location and friendly staff, but there are areas that could use some improvement. I hope these small details are addressed for future visitors to enjoy their stay even more.

I loved having the entire cottage to myself, including a fireplace and a children's playground. The area is perfect for water adventures and exploring nature. Safety features made me feel secure.

The peaceful setting close to Gatlinburg was a highlight. The room was clean, but some areas need attention. Loved the creek view. Staff was accommodating with room changes. A comfortable bed and easy check-in/out added to a pleasant stay.

Omg, the comfortable beds in our room were like sleeping on a cloud ☁️. The balcony overlooking the creek was so relaxing. Only downside was the paid shuttle service. Would def come back!

My 6'1 fiance couldn't stand fully in the shower, but staff are amazing. Some updates needed like mattresses and towels. Our room had damp floors from AC. The creek view and proximity to town are great. Cooking in-room was convenient. Overall, a good value for a memorable stay.

Our romantic escape was delightful. The chalet by the creek had a breathtaking view and a serene setting that made us feel like we were in a fairy tale. The outdated a/c unit in our room struggled with temperature settings and caused some inconvenience. Additionally, the noise from other guests and maintenance issues like leaky pipes and old mattresses disrupted our relaxation.

Close to Country Tonite Theatre and the National Park, perfect for our squad. Rooms were clean, and we had a blast by the river with bonfires and BBQ stations. The pool was a vibe too!

More social activities for party-loving teens would take it to the next level.

Stayed at a charming hotel close to attractions. LOVED the cozy balcony overlooking the creek. Would definitely choose it again! Even better than in photos.

Despite the tired rooms, Carr's motel in Gatlinburg has a great location, offering a peaceful stay with a gas fireplace and kitchenette. The spacious, clean rooms overlook a stream and provide a lovely setting for breakfast. Onsite parking and helpful staff make it a great base for exploring the Smoky Mountains, although the surroundings could use some maintenance.

The location was awesome, close to all the fun stuff! We could walk, catch a trolley, or just drive around easily. Hearing the river was so chill, and the view was breathtaking! We even got to do some fishing there for my son; he loved it! The room had a bit of smell, but opened the windows and bam, fresh air and river sounds. The bed was so comfy, I knocked out instantly. Great deal, totally recommend!

One major letdown was the shower. It was ridiculously low;

The location is killer, close to the strip and tons of food options but still nice and quiet by the creek. Our room was always tidy and comfy, perfect for our chill weekends away. The outdoor pool was great, but the room could have used more sound insulation, the thin walls made it tough to sleep sometimes 🍃.

Despite some minor issues, like a loose floorboard and a dirty lanai, we appreciated the cozy jacuzzi tub and the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, ideal for a relaxing vacation close to nature.

Great location near Parkway, but without loud noise. Trolley stop out front. Playground, picnic area, and pool were available. Good wifi connection. Enjoyed the peaceful Roaring Fork river right out front.

We loved how close this place was to the river. The sound of the water was so relaxing all day long! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We also appreciated how clean and peaceful the atmosphere was. We'll definitely come back again!
