I had a great time at this hotel during my Christmas holiday. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities. The location was ideal, offering stunning views of the bay and mountains. I also enjoyed the delicious food served at the restaurant, especially the vegetarian options. Plus, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't enjoy. the prices were quite high, which made it a bit costly for a budget traveler like myself.

The location is jaw-dropping, right next to the old town and with STUNNING views of the sea. The staff are super friendly and efficient. The hotel is spotless and run with utmost efficiency. The complimentary Club Lounge is a mind-blowing addition, providing a comfortable place to relax.

The hotel lobby is exquisite and tasteful. The Club Lounge offers complimentary coffee, tea, snacks, fruit, beer, Prosecco. The staff, including the bellman and front desk staff, are accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast terrace provides breathtaking views of the bay and Mt. Vesuvius. The Astor suite, arranged for a wedding, is luxurious and perfect for bridal morning photos. The staff, including Vanessa, Paula, and Gaspare, take great care of guests. The hotel offers a variety of food options and a daily buffet in the Club Lounge.

Heavenly Views and Exquisite Dining

We were blown away by the mesmerizing views from our room, overlooking the majestic bay. The sight of Vesuvius was simply breathtaking. Our dinner on the balcony was an exceptional experience, with flavors that danced on our tongues. The food may have been a touch bland, but the luscious dessert made up for it. The attentive and knowledgeable staff, like Manlio, added to the charm of our stay. Despite a small balcony, the hotel's exceptional location and outstanding dining make it a must-visit destination. I highly recommend this luxurious oasis.

The staff at Bellevue Syrene went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. When we arrived, there was a local tour train blocking the entrance. The gentleman at the front desk assured us that it was not our problem and took care of everything, from parking to check-in. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a stunning view of the sea. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were attentive and accommodating. Our overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel for a special occasion.

The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and the city center.

There wasn't anything we disliked about our stay. The only regret we had was not being able to stay longer.

My honeymoon stay at this hotel was a dream come true. The incredible views, friendly staff, and well-stocked club lounge made it an unforgettable experience. The private sunbathing pier and easy access through a private elevator were special highlights. The central location allowed for convenient trips to Amalfi Coast, Positano, and Capri. Felt safe walking at night, nothing too much trouble

We got great value for our money with a fabulous room, stunning views, and incredible staff. The location was amazing - quiet, classy, and beautiful. We felt so welcome and taken care of throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could have been improved, especially the temperature of the eggs, sausage, and bacon. It to have cold items for six consecutive days.

Stayed at this hotel over New Year's and had a fantastic time. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the main area, with stunning views of the sea. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. We especially enjoyed the complimentary bottles of water and fresh fruit that were provided daily.

Although the hotel had a gym, it was quite small and lacked equipment. Additionally, the pool was not as big as expected and was in the shade, requiring a walk down to the sea for sunbeds.
