Can't recommend highly enough for a short weekend trip

Cozy cabin, friendly staff, who provided great assistance with food and drinks late at night and helped us feel welcome in this rustic retreat.

I wanted to escape the cold and found myself at a comfortable spot where I felt like family. The staff offered helpful advice for exploring the area. I enjoyed delicious meals outdoors with views of the mountains. One staff member even fixed my flat tire. It was a nice retreat for a few days of hiking and relaxation after some long drives with my partner. It reminded me of home in Italy with its rustic charm.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was cramped and did not match the photos online. It felt grubby, and the blinds were malfunctioning, making me feel exposed. The shower had poor water pressure, and the overall condition was worse than budget accommodations I'd experienced before. I expected basic amenities, but this place didn't meet even the lowest standards.

The staff was very nice and prompt, making the dining experience pleasant despite the limited menu.

The food options were very basic and overpriced, like the $9 chili that felt like canned food.

Had a great time with friends! Loved the tent cabins. clean beds and towels. We spent a night stargazing, and it was unforgettable! Make sure to enjoy the nearby dunes and take pics. Grab food on-site but keep it simple. Nice setup for a chill getaway.

One downside was the food options. they were pretty basic and overpriced. The fish sandwich wasn’t impressive for the cost. Just a heads up to manage your meal expectations.

Amazing stargazing opportunities with minimal light pollution.

I found the walls of the cabin extremely thin, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Conversations from neighboring cabins were clearly audible, and I struggled with the noise. The lack of cell service in the rooms was another concern. I felt uneasy not having a direct line to staff in case of an emergency.

The queen cabin was clean and tastefully designed, with a nice selection of food choices at the late-open restaurant. The friendly staff added to our pleasant experience.

No significant drawbacks during our stay. everything met expectations.
